At Correlations, we believe one of our core strengths is knowing what we are good at. We do not try to be all things to all people. We aim to work with our clients to best determine how our skills and experience can supplement our clients' resources to achieve great outcomes for all stakeholders.
Our investor relations services focus not on process, but on content.
We work with our clients to provide strong, clear and concise messaging that reflects the company's underlying vision and values, together with its value proposition. We see this as the key to an effective IR presence.
Our services range from specific review of/input into investor relations materials, to a retainer-based service whereby we supplement the client's internal resources and are actively involved in the formulation of the investor relations strategy and materials over a period of time.
There are times when a company may face specific operating, financial or market circumstances that stretch the company's (and the CFO's) resources, or require a skill-set that supplements the finance team.
This may include situations where a company is going through a major capital raising, restructuring, refinancing or M&A event.
In these circumstances, we can provide our clients with either a broad-based strategic advice/'sounding board' service and/or a project management and delivery capability related to specific transactions.
Our services extend to serving on company Boards and/orshort-term, full-time management roles with our clients.
Our client may find itself in need of a CEO or CFO capability due to the departure of an incumbent at short notice, with a view to appointing an interim executive pending a permanent appointment. Alternatively, the client may be undergoing a significant event or change (such as an IPO, restructuring or ownership change), making a permanent appointment difficult or inappropriate.
In either circumstance, we commit the time and experiencerequired to lead the client through this transition.
